Meeting Between LTG Holding’s Management Team and Israeli Investors

Businesswoman Natalia Kvantaliani, Avraam Mirilashvili—the owner of Israeli insurance agency AVI MILER—Ronen Furman, Technical Service Manager at General Electric, and Eli Shoshan, Technical Director of G-Wizz Energy Resources, paid a working visit to LTG Holding's Tbilisi office.

During the meeting, both sides reviewed the investment climate and growth prospects in Georgia’s energy sector.

They agreed to partner on energy and construction projects, starting with the feasibility study and development of a 130 MW combined‑cycle gas‑fired power plant in Georgia. LTG Holding's management team will lead the project, with financing provided by the Israeli investors.

In the working sessions, the partners also drafted an action plan, outlining mutual roles, responsibilities, and milestones for the power plant project.

Beyond the thermal plant, they explored opportunities in renewable energy and identified several potential sites for preliminary studies to determine the most viable locations for future joint initiatives.

The active phase of this international partnership began in May 2025.
