Global Millennium Development GmbH Inc. is a global company specializing in large‑scale investment projects in civil construction, industrial development, and the energy sector.
During the meeting, LTG Holding President Sergo Rukhadze provided a detailed overview of the holding’s main areas of activity.
Particular interest was shown in LTG Holding's renewable energy projects.
Both sides agreed to extend their partnership to include wind, solar, and hydropower developments, as well as civil construction and infrastructure projects.
It was also agreed to establish a joint regional office in Tbilisi.
A Memorandum of Understanding was signed, outlining that the active phase of the partnership will commence in June 2025.
