The headquarters of LTG Holding in Tbilisi recently hosted a four day working visit by representatives of two leading Belarusian companies: Alexander Radevich, General Director of the V.I. Kozlov Electrotechnical Plant in Minsk (metz.by), and Viktor Vasilevski, owner of Sonet Group (sonet.by), accompanied by their technical teams.
The primary objective of the visit was to establish a joint venture in Georgia and deepen bilateral cooperation.
The V.I. Kozlov Electrotechnical Plant is recognized as one of the foremost manufacturers of power transformers and integrated distribution substations across Eastern Europe and the post-Soviet states.
Sonet Group specializes in the production of fast payment terminals and technical servicing, holding significant market positions both in post Soviet countries and in the United Arab Emirates.
During high level negotiations, both parties agreed to form a multi profile joint enterprise in Georgia.
The venture’s products will be marketed domestically as well as across various African markets.
The inaugural phase of this collaboration officially commenced in May 2025, and the partners have now entered an active implementation stage.
