As part of this process, the company has applied to the Ministry of Economy and Sustainable Development of Georgia for a CFD tariff (Contract for Difference) under the Renewable Energy Support Mechanism to ensure the smooth progress of these projects.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The solar power plants will be located in two regions \u2014 Shida Kartli and Kvemo Kartli \u2014 known for having some of the highest solar irradiation levels in the country.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The Kvernaki and Plavi solar power plants, both situated in Shida Kartli, will have a combined installed capacity (DC) of 14 megawatts and are expected to generate an average of 20.43 million kilowatt-hours annually.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The Imera Solar Power Plant, located in Kvemo Kartli, will have an installed capacity (DC) of 12 megawatts and an expected annual output of 15.22 million kilowatt-hours.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">All three projects have already received technical conditions for connection to the distribution network and are currently undergoing feasibility studies.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The active construction phase is scheduled to begin in fall 2025.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" class=\"translation-block\"><strong>LTG Holding<\/strong> remains committed to the sustainable development of Georgia\u2019s energy sector and continues to pursue energy projects in various fields, both independently and in collaboration with international partners.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>In order to harness the potential of renewable energy in Georgia and develop power plant projects, LTG Holding LLC has started the development of three solar power plant projects this year, with a view to their future construction and operation.
